Trpps

Install guide

How does an eSIM work?

Three steps from checkout to connected — plus the exact settings for iPhone and Android.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick your destination and see exactly what you get — data, validity, networks — before you pay.

  2. 2

    Install it

Add the eSIM to your phone with one tap on iPhone, or scan the QR code. Do it on Wi-Fi before you fly.

  3. 3

    Connect

When you land, turn the Trpps line on, enable data roaming for it, and you’re online. Track what you have left in My eSIMs.

Install on your phone

Takes about two minutes. Do it on Wi-Fi before you fly.

iPhone (iOS)

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.
  2. 2Tap “Use QR Code” and scan the code from My eSIMs — or tap “Enter Details Manually” and paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
  3. 3Label the plan “Trpps”. Keep your main line as default for calls and SMS.
  4. 4When you arrive: Settings → Cellular → select the Trpps line for Cellular Data and turn on Data Roaming for it.

Android

  1. 1Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs (or Connections → SIM manager).
  2. 2Tap “Add eSIM” / “Download a SIM instead?” and scan the QR code from My eSIMs.
  3. 3Follow the prompts to download the profile. Keep your main SIM for calls and SMS.
  4. 4When you arrive: set the Trpps eSIM as the mobile-data SIM and turn on Data Roaming for it.

Before you start

  • Your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Install on a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Validity starts on first connection — install early, switch on when you land.
  • Never delete the eSIM before the trip is over: most profiles install only once.

Not connecting?

Check that the Trpps line is switched on, selected for mobile data, and Data Roaming is enabled for it. Toggle airplane mode for ten seconds, then restart the phone. Still stuck? Our team is one message away.

Can I add more data?+

Plans marked “Top-up supported” can be extended from My eSIMs without reinstalling.
